  • Classic Car display (sponsored by Johnson’s Buildbase)
  • Bouncy Castle (provided by Newsquest in aid of Children’s Hospital)
  • Fire service stand plus fire engine
  • Royal Green Jackets recruitment stand
  • NEAT (Neighbourhood Environment Action Team) display stand
  • Hebborn’s Funfair with foodstalls
  • Body Art by Kate Whitley for the National Deaf Children’s Society
  • Football/basketball activities for young people

Special events
  • 1.30–2pm and 2.30–3pm: Oxford Fiddle Group
  • 2pm: Launch of Oxford in Bloom by Oxford Mail assistant editor John Chipperfield. Includes demonstrations of filling hanging baskets
  • 2-4pm: Sports activities including competitions and penalty shoot-out
  • 3pm: Dizzy Dean’s Music and games
  • 3.45pm: Dizzy Dean’s show in tent
