Sites & Housing Development Plan: Headington

The consultation on the City Council’s massive Sites and Housing Development Plan Document (to supersede part of the Local Plan) closed on 22 July 2011, and it will go before the Full Council on Monday 19 December 2011.

The consultation was in two main parts:

Part A: Housing policies

This part included new recommendations for Houses in Multiple Occupation, e.g. that planning permission for an HMO should not be granted if the number of neighbouring houses that are already HMOs exceeds 20%.

Part b: Sites

This included site allocations for 194 sites throughout Oxford. Of these, 22 were in Headington, and are listed below:
