Callaghan Library, Ruskin College
Joe Callaghan, a student at Ruskin College, unveiled the foundation stone of the library that will be built on the Headington site in 2011/12. Joe is the grandson of Jim Callaghan (Prime Minister 1975–9) after whom the library is named.
