Headington & Marston County Councillors before 2005
Until 2005 the county council retained the five old wards in the Headington and Marston area. Each ward was then represented by one county councillor, and these were all elected for a four-year term in May 2001. Thus in county council terms, Headington Ward was at this time the area to the north of the London Road, and Quarry Ward to the south
