Out of Court this day cometh Mary PARROTT of St Giles Street, Oxford Widow of George PARROTT late of the same place a Customary Tenant and in consideration of £50 paid to her by William BATEMAN of Heddington Yeoman and Maria his wife surrenders
a cottage stable hovel and garden formerly in the occupation of Thomas HODGKINS situate at Heddington within the said Manor to which she Mary PARROTT was admitted tenant 12th April 1847
To the use of William BATEMAN and his wife Maria and thereupon the said William BATEMAN and Maria in Court pray to be admitted Tenants rendering therefor yearly to the Lord 9d Rent and 1/6d for a Heriot and the said William BATEMAN and Maria his wife paid to the Lord for a find and half a fine 15/- and were admitted tenants but their Fealties were respited.
