Timing of tutorials

The timetable is negotiated in advance (see Tutorial system) and can subsequently be modified. This must, however, be for a good reason, not on a whim. Flexibility of timetabling emphatically does not mean a casual and slipshod approach

Venue of tutorials

This will be established at the outset and a map supplied if necessary. As a general rule, tutorials take place in Headington, Oxford or on premises supplied by the tutors themselves. If students live in Oxford, they may be tutored in their own homes by special arrangement

The course under-way

Homework is set, students' progress is monitored, and reports sent out: all on a regular basis. Complementarily, students are urged to contact the Principal at once if they encounter any problems.
